The King Standard Fireplace rooms are located on the terrace/lawn level directly in front of the Victorian building. Guests can enjoy sweeping ocean views from the room as well as the private patio. During the season, large flower boxes add vibrant color and charm to the outdoor space.
Each room features a cozy gas fireplace, radiant floor heating, and expansive sliding glass doors that showcase the beautiful ocean views. Select rooms also enjoy both morning and afternoon sun.
The stocked kitchenette includes a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, induction cooktop, and dishware—perfect for preparing lunch or a full dinner. The oversized bathroom offers double sinks along with a tub and shower for added comfort and convenience.

Room 120 - West Building - First Floor Oceanview Room Occupancy up to 4 persons. This room has outside entry door with a 35" wide, under a covered walkway, entrance. There are two peep holes, one at 48" high and one at 60" high. The bathroom doorway is also 35" wide. Bathroom features a roll in shower, with a built in shower seat (17" high) opposite the controls end of the shower. Shower has a flexible hose which will extend to 82" to reach the seated individual. A continuous grab bar is located from the side to the front and is 35" from the shower floor. The toilet is 17" high. If you were sitting on the toilet, there is a grab bar to your right side on the wall and another on the back wall behind the toilet. These are 36" high. The vanity has a clearance of 28" from the floor. The width of the vanity is 38". The bed is a king adjustable bed and it is in the middle of the bedroom area. It is 24" inches high to the top of the mattress. It can be adjusted to 29" high. The clearance on both sides of the bed is 48" and there is 80" of clearance at the foot of the bed. Slightly opposite the bed & further down the wall is a kitchenette area. The clearance under the sink is 28". There is an undercounter refrigerator. On the counter is a coffeemaker and an induction hot plate. In drawers to the side are cutlery items and bowls. I overhead cupboards are dishes, glassware, cooking utensils. There is also an under cupboard microwave oven. The bedroom area and living room area are separated by a half wall. The entry to The living room area is 46" across. In the living room is a queen size couch which converts to a sofa bed. There is also an easy chair and coffee table. To another side is a dining table with chairs. There are transitional ramps to an outside deck & door is 34" wide. Communication devices in the room include 3 visual fire alarms along with a sounding alarm. There is a telephone with volume control. There are two wall mounted televisions.

Room 19 is located on the first floor, south side of the Victorian. This room has a handicapped accessible bathroom. This comfortable, cozy atmosphere will accommodate two guests with its queen size bed. This room also consists of a kitchenette, mounted flat screen TV, DVD player, private bath with shower & tub, and a private shaded deck, which is surrounded by one of our lovely flower gardens. However, a short 40 feet away, guests may enjoy sweeping ocean views while relaxing on the lawn furniture. Paved pathway from parking to front door of building. Room is entered through an interior hallway. Entry door to building is 38 1/2" wide; second doorway down a short hallway into alcove where room is located is 33" wide; entry doorway to room itself is 33" wide. Proceeding into room pathway narrows to 32" as cart on wheels is located there. Cart holds microwave, toaster. This cart can be moved if necessary.The countertop holds a conduction hot plate. Cupboards above hold china and glassware. The bed itself is an adjustable bed. At its lowest setting it is 26" high to the top of the mattress. It could be raised another 4" to 30" total in height. The clearance at the end of the bed is 70". The bathroom entry door is 35" wide. The toilet is 17" high. If you were sitting on the toilet, to the right is a grab bar 32" high. There is also a vertical grab bar, which, at its bottom is 31" from the floor. Behind the toilet is another grab bar 33" high. There is a roll in shower in the bathroom. There is a continuous grab bar beginning on the left side of the shower around to the front which is 32 1/2" from the shower floor and a vertical grab bar which, at its bottom, is 42" from the shower floor. The shower controls are located to the side of the shower with a shower hose which is 66" long. The vanity in the bathroom has a 28" clearance. There is a sun deck accessible through a doorway, which is 32 1/4" wide with transitional ramps on the inside and outside of the door.
